Seasonal six-month leases are now available for slip rentals, accommodating boats up to 70 feet in length. A two-month prepayment is required plus a security deposit, after which the lease will transition to a month-to-month basis. Electricity is metered monthly and billed separately, while water is a flat fee of $35 per month.
